Melbourne City Council has announced it will get tough with graffiti artists by introducing a zero tolerance policy.
Will they consider these magnetic letters to be graffiti? Or stencilled cardboard boxes left out with rubbish that is to be recycled? Are these also as part of the offending catalogue that needs sanitising in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games?
